Doki Doki The manchester Japanese Festival
Doki Doki - The Manchester Japanese Festival is the first event of its kind in Manchester to celebrate not only Anime and Manga but also Japanese culture. This event will be running every 2 years, alternating with Japan Society North West's Japan Day. The Daytime event will run from 9am–7pm and the Evening event will run from 9pm–4am.
D-CON Dundee
D-CON. is the highest attended FREE anime, art and gaming convention in the UK. Last years event attracted over 2000 visitors and showcased work from well known UK based concept and manga artists alongside talks from Realtime Worlds and screenings of some new anime releases by MVM among other events. This years event on Saturday the 5th and Sunday the 6th of March aims to expand even further.
Thought Bubble Festival Leeds
Thought Bubble is a four day annual event which celebrates sequential art in all its forms, including everything from superheroes to independent small press. Thought Bubble will take place 14th-20th November with a centre-piece one day convention on the Saturday and Sunday. For more details visit the website below.

NanimeW Japanese cinema & music night
A NanimeW Japanese cinema and music night will take place upstairs in the café bar at the Greenroom on Whitworth Street, Manchester (beneath Oxford Road train station).
